Play and Fly - Play Therapy and Therapeutic Parenting

Play Therapy and Therapeutic Parenting

We offer one-to-one play therapy sessions for children who are experiencing emotional or behavioural difficulties. Using the power of play, we help children express themselves, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies in a safe and supportive environment - giving parents peace of mind and children the tools they need to thrive.

Expert Services

At Play & Fly, we provide specialist one-to-one play therapy for children facing emotional, behavioural, or developmental challenges. Our experienced therapists use evidence-based approaches to create a safe, engaging space where your child can explore their feelings, work through difficulties, and develop emotional resilience. Every session is carefully adapted to meet your child's unique needs, while offering guidance and support for you as a parent throughout the therapeutic journey.

We offer play and creative arts therapy from a dedicated base in Ramsbottom, providing a calm, welcoming space for children and families. In addition to clinic-based sessions, I also work peripatetically in education settings across Wigan and Bolton.

Initial Consultation

We know that taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, which is why we offer an initial meeting for parents and caregivers. These consultations provide a safe space to discuss your child's emotional or behavioural concerns with a qualified therapist. Together, we'll explore whether play therapy is the right fit and outline how we can best support your child's wellbeing.
